Then again, that is what a lot of professional profilers do, try to understand the mind and the experiences that a criminal has. Other types of "profilers" could do it as well, esp. when it comes to the behavior of entire groups of people. That is what I am personally doing, when trying to "profile" the female traditionalists.

Thank you for explaining. But, to be honest, he sounds dozens of times stupider than I'd imagine a person with IQ of 160 to be. So it must be, that he is lying for his own benefit, or actually BELIEVES in his lies, to COPE. In today's world being smart enough to become a successful engineer does not necessarily mean you will lead a happy life. You might, for example, be rejected by women in spite of your success, and as a result of that, be socially ostracized. So you need to cope some way, and for many it is to adopt traditionalist views and genuinely think that it would make society a better place as whole.
Still perplexed about this IQ stuff. He is not the only one, who makes you scratch your head by telling that they have reasonably high IQ and then act like idiots. This is quite new to me, to be able to perceive that or to come across these cases though. But it is clear to me, that if someone claims to have IQ of 160 spewing the oversimplified crap this guy is spewing, or if someone chooses to post her nudes publicly online, trying to cover it up as an attempt to support body positivity or showing off the result of her exercise program, claiming that she has the same IQ, they have had wrong results in their IQ tests or they are lying about it.
Yeah, and intelligence and being an intellectual are two different things. You can be highly intelligent, having a high IQ, even if you had lived on the streets all of your life, only having the basic education. You can also be very well read, dealing with intellectual concepts on a daily basis, yet your IQ is about the average or lower. Yet reading about things and learning might improve your intelligence and IQ a bit.
