I had a heated conversation with my mother a few hours ago about finding a woman. She was literally blaming me for not trying, so I told her that I did try and gave her a lot of examples with girls I know, with friends, etc. She literally had no clue about women these days, she thought that the things are still like in the 70s and people were just simple and easy going. I also added that finding a woman is not something essential to me, it's not something that I can't live without, if it happens it happens, if not then so be it. As a teenager, who probably should had parents who had him on a shorter leash, I would have long, innocuous conversations with random strangers on Omegle.
As I grew up, video chat became more common and the internet got bigger. Omegle became a place for stuff you guys already know about.
Now Omegle is dead.
Is there still a place like how Omegle was, when I was younger? I'm kinda lonely and just want to talk with people without navigating into a community like Discord requires.

ive been a regular for a while now. i have added 8 women from here to talk in dms and a much larger number of men. the dudes had their issues, but not once have i been ghosted, blocked or ignored even one time. a few of them im still friends to to this day, a good three or so years talking without incident. some were down bad, theyre coming back up and finishing their degrees etc. some had issues with girls and managed to fix that, one is about to be a dad.

the women either added me with sexual intent, or the 'chit-chat' with them didnt last a week before they got bright ideas and asked me something about their face. their age ranged from 19 to 36. now i am somewhat tall, my face has been rated as a 5 at worst and 9 at best by /soc/ autists, i do not consider myself ugly nor did i ever had trouble with normal women, be irl or through tinder. i can confirm these women were all actual women, no larpers, no troons, through timestamps or voice chats or similar venues. they were real, breathing women, different people, that i met throughout different times.

of these 8 women, all have ghosted me at seemingly random moments. there has never been any 'fight', nor there should have been since i did not do LDR with either of them. one such example i had spoken to for about seven months on a near daily basis, one day asked me something about a hobby of mine. when i answered her, the message didnt go through because i had been blocked. another specimen had made plans to meet at a certain big event that happens in my country every year, had spoken to her for five months and a half. one bright day the entire person was gone - account, email, everything, just purged for seemingly no reason off the face of the internet. some blamed 'BPD' or some other minor issue for their strange behavior, and expected that allegedly 'going to therapy' was enough of an excuse to behave this way.
