None of the things you are saying are actually logical. They are all byproducts of your poor mental health. Your own mind works against you to come up with excuses, it's called resistance. If you make efforts to eat better and exercise, you WILL become more optimistic and you will look back on these excuses and realise how silly they really are.
It takes years to see a serious physical improvement from diet and exercise. But the mental health benefits only take a few days or a week. For me it's instant.
