I'm 6'2", 164lbs and I just turned 40.

A year ago I quit drinking, cleaned up my diet with high protein / low carb foods and average 15k steps a day.

Yet BMI calculators have me anywhere from 19 to 22% body fat still.

I feel like I need to lose 20 lb still just to look normal, but that also seems way underweight.

What's going on bros? I wanted to be able to take my shirt off at the beach this summer without mortifying myself and others but it's so depressing that it's not looking likely

Obviously I'm still a beginner. I took this pic this morning because I was feeling good about myself, looking thin and shit, having just weighed in at 73.3 kg (180 cm), but then I saw my face and I'm not a believer! I'm 5 months into lifting and my lifts have been stalling as I've been losing a bit of weight. Will my face improve if I keep losing weight or would it be better if I bulked up?

Ive been cutting down from 155, all the way down to 125 pounds at 5'11.... People keep saying "your body fat is too high!" but no matter how much weight I lose I don't have abs... wtf is going on??
