My app got rejected from Steam

No.105148723 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
I've been working on VAMP for nearly two years, the best video player ever made for /gif, playing 600 720p videos on 16 cores.

It had 4000 wishlists with zero ads even though it was heavily deboosted.

Steam just rejected the app after review citing it's not a good fit for Steam, they accept certain kind of non-game apps, even though they have video players on Steam.

What do I do? They already don't answer to appeals and their current explanation seems insincere, just an excuse to reject a fantastic video player ever people were anxious to buy.

Help me out /g I'm losing my mind, I would've expected this kind of anti-competitive behavior from Apple but not from Valve of all companies.
